Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AIFRAMING is operated by IARTSHOW CORP, a New York corporation (DOS #6265850), at 221 McKibbin St, Brooklyn, NY 11206. Framing is produced and shipped by our production partners — vetted workshops we contract with. Which workshop makes a given piece depends on the specification and where it ships; our obligations to you are the same either way.

2. What the service is

We provide three things: a framing visualiser you can embed on your own site, a pricing engine that quotes real framing configurations, and production and shipping of the framed pieces your customers order.

We are not a marketplace. We do not sell your artwork, hold rights to it, or display it anywhere other than in your own embedded widget and on the documents needed to produce an order.

3. Studio accounts

Studio accounts are approved by hand. Until an account is approved it cannot trade: pricing sessions and order reporting are refused for accounts that are not active. We may decline or suspend an account, and we will tell you why.

Your account carries an API key. It authenticates orders reported as yours and must be kept server-side. You are responsible for orders reported with it.

4. Pricing and your markup

You set a markup over the platform base price, subject to a minimum. You keep the markup in full. The base price covers production, materials, our platform fee and, where applicable, a referral partner's commission.

The price charged is always the price we compute server-sidefrom your saved markup at the moment of sale. A price displayed anywhere else is indicative. We may change platform rates with notice; changes apply to new orders only and never re-price an order already placed.

5. Orders, production and shipping

Every framed piece is made to order. Production times vary with size and finish, and shipping is within the United States unless agreed otherwise. Once production has begun an order cannot be cancelled, because there is nothing to restock — the piece exists only for that customer.

Damage in transit or a defect in our work is our problem: tell us and we will remake or refund. A customer changing their mind about a made-to-order piece is not covered.

6. Artwork you send us

You keep every right in your artwork. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to do the job: to display it inside your widget, render previews, produce the printed piece, and store the file so an order can be reprinted or a dispute resolved.

You confirm you have the right to reproduce what you upload. We will not produce work that appears to infringe someone else's rights, is illegal, or that we judge we should not have our name on.

7. Payouts

Where we collect payment, we pay you your markup on settled orders through the payout method on your account. Referral partners are paid their commission on the same basis. Amounts on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are reversed.

8. Referral partners

Partners earn a percentage of sales from studios they refer, for a limited period from the referral date. A partner must be active at the time of the sale. Self-referral, incentivised sign-ups and orders placed to generate commission are not paid.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice.

10. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us, or we owe you, in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending the relationship

Either of us may end this at any time. Orders already placed are completed and paid out normally. We keep records we are required to keep; the rest is deleted on request — see the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York County have jurisdiction.
