What counts as a “render”?
One render = one finished mockup of one artwork in one wall space with one frame configuration. Re-rendering with adjusted lighting or moulding counts as a new render. Exports and downloads are unlimited.
What happens if I exceed my render quota?
Renders pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade mid-cycle and we prorate the difference. We never auto-charge overages — surprise bills shouldn't be a thing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual prepay saves two months across all tiers. Switch from monthly to annual any time and we'll prorate the credit.
Can I bring my own moulding catalog?
On Platinum and Diamond. Send us samples or specs and we'll add your house mouldings to your private library — typically within a week.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required during trial. Cancel any time before day 14 and you won't be charged.
Do you offer enterprise / custom plans?
For multi-location galleries, museums, and high-volume retailers — yes. Get in touch and we'll build a quote that fits your render volume and SLA needs.
